Evan Chandler's son accused King of Pop Michael Jackson of molesting him at Neverland Ranch.

The father of a boy who accused Michael Jackson of molestation in 1993 blew out his brains in his luxury New Jersey apartment, cops said Tuesday.

Evan Chandler, 65, whose son received a multimillion-dollar settlement from the King of Pop, was discovered in his 16th- floor waterfront pad in Jersey City with his gun still in his hand.

Chandler took his own life Nov. 5, Jersey City police spokesman Stan Eason said. The concierge of Chandler's building found the body.

"He [Chandler] was on his bed still holding the weapon with a single gunshot wound to the head," Eason said. "It's straightforward. Case closed. It's suicide."

Coward. I feel no sympathy for this man. If he had not let greed blind him, MJ may not have needed propofol to sleep at night. In my opinion, Evan took the easy way out. From what I understand he had terminal cancer. One could say that the cancer was what got to him but I like to think that guilt finally caught up with him. He said 'Michael will not sell one more record'. Um, I bought Number Ones back in April and as we all saw, there was a boom since June 25th.

Also, how come there are no pictures of Chandler? I've seen Jordie and June's faces. Why not Evan?

The media never investigated it but this was a man who had been accused of threatening to kill the whole Chandler family, which was supposedly the reason why the stepfather taped their phone conversation. The stepfather also accused him of rather seious assult and that he once caused him to loose consciousness after beating him down in Feldmans office. That was in a cross complaint he and the mother filed after Evan was suing them. Jordan had also accused him of hitting him in the head with a 12 pound knife, spraying his eys with pepper spray and trying to choke him. He tried to get a permanent restraining order from him. The was in a New Yersey court in 2006 I think. Shortly after that Evan sued his son. Nobody found out why and the media was not interested as usual but it seemed to be about a countract or something rather that money and several people thought it was to stop Jordan from talking. In 1996 he also sued MJ againg and wanted another $60 million and to releasse his own album EVANstory. I can´t feel sorry for this man. I think he could have been dangerous even and the media should have investigated the allegations made against him. This was a person who had atleast been accused of serious assult and who sued his son.

I think this whole affair could have been prevented actually because the tape did leak to the media. But all Mr Feldman had to do was to say that "money wasn´t mantioned on the tape" and the media just bought it and forgot about it. Infact money WAS mentioned because he said "everything is going according to a certain plan which isn´t just mine. There are other people involved in this who are in certain positions. i paid them to do it." He says that on the tape but I don´t think either the police or the media tried to find out what people in what positions he had paid to do what and that is what is so sad. It could have been done quite easily IMO but they were never even interested in that. I am glad that there are journalists like you though and I am really glad that you wrote the book Michael Jackson conspiracy.

Money does not buy happiness as we all see ..
Perhaps Guilt and Karma caught up with Evan Extortionist
I will say I feel bad for Jordan even if he is grown now.. what kind of parent uses his son as a pawn against the best Role Model Joedan had ???
It woul dbe nice to come forward and clear MJ's name but that would have pos. legal and societal repercussions. I just hope he is able to find peace publicly or not Jordan was a vivtim of his fathers GREED and Mj as well as God would not wnat us to relish in his fathers suicide

What can I say, an ant who somehow managed to kill a dinosaur. He could have left a suicide letter saying the truth. It could've helped him take off some of the burden on his way to hell. Because what he did was a crime beyond imagination, against an innocent man, who was left bleeding all these years until june 25th. And this crime was committed with the support of the media in front of the whole world. It was watched and commented and enjoyed like a primetime reality show for years. I will never be able to recover from the hurt I feel. Thank you, Aphrodite, for writing this book while he was alive. Now everybody says they were his friend and supported him. I love him more.

Provably his cancer and the guilty conscious that he has been barring around for the past 16 years got the best of him. That is karma for u. I'm not glad that we lost a life but at the same time I will not shed one tear for this son of a bitch.
I hope now that this happened Jordan would come forward to tell the truth his father does not have a hold on him any-longer. This horrible man contributed to MJ's death IMO. gods be..

Aphrodite I have been sending tweets to Oprah to have you, Geraldine, larry Nimmer and Pearl Jr on for MJ's one year anniversary. The public needs to know that back in 93 there where 2 separate cases against MJ and that even if he settle the civil suit the criminal investigation was still going on. PPL dont get that part. I cant believe I talked about MJ's 1 year sad. This 2 cases at the same time detail has to get out there to the public. In addition the fact that it was his insurance company that forced the settlement and he had no control over it has to get out to the public 2.

This vile man was quite clearly a lunatic. The world is a better place without him but I doubt that guilt had anything to do with his suicide. This was not someone who did guilt.

I say many times someone should never be judged. I prefer to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. There are a few rare cases in which I cannot help but to judge because the truth stares you right in the face. This is one of the exceptions. I actually got angry when I heard Evan Chandler died. Deep inside I felt it was suicide before I had read it was so, just based on the kind of person he was from the little I have read about him. I am convinced he did not kill himself to escape physical or mental pain as some people do, but rather did it in pure vanity and spite.

As far as I am concerned Evan Chandler was the beginning of the end for Michael Jackson. He attempted to not only destroy his career but his spirit as well. He is even on tape saying this was his goal. Had it not been for Evan brainwashing his son into thinking he had been molested, or convincing him to just boldface lie, I do not believe the case in 2005 would have ever surfaced, nor would Michael had ever been in financial difficulty. I firmly believe, too, that had Chandler not done what he did, Michael would still be alive today and for many years to come.

Michael endured 16 years of personal hell that only he could experience. He experienced that pain alone. Friends and family may have been there for him as best they could but only he knew what it really felt like to be accused of something so heinous when you know you are innocent. Michael had to endure this on a global scale. No one else has had to endure such an accusation for the world to learn about and spread lies upon. No one.

I am angry that Evan Chandler is dead because I wish he had suffered what Michael went through. He would not have lasted a day in Michael's shoes, though. I know it is low of me to say this, but I am human and I am also not afraid to speak my mind when it concerns Michael. I am angry at what has happened to Michael. It is still my ambition to convince the world think differently about Michael than they think now and have thought for decades. I would like to have personally attacked Evan Chandler, not physically, but with the truth, on a global scale. I know the facts are out there, but not enough people know about them. I had never heard about Evan Chandler until 3 months ago. Granted, I was ten years old when the accusations came to light. I was not a follower of Michael's, either. So, why is it that we all knew Michael had been accused of molestation? These accusations made me miss out on Michael and his music and I will never forgive Evan for that. Never! I loved his music but was embarrassed because my friends would say horrible things about him. I missed out on a genius while he was alive, only to discover him in his death. I will forever defend Michael now and will never stop. I always believed he was innocent, but I still was blind sighted from the media and people around me, except my mother who has always defended Michael staunchly even against her own friends. Stories have two sides, and Evan got to moonlight in the background while Michael and Jordan suffered from Evan's greed and jealousy. Evan caused more grief for Michael than the world will ever know.

I know there will always be the few that will insult Michael no matter what. However, there are many good-hearted people out there simply just do not know the facts. It is time for an awakening. No time is better than now.

Evan Chandler was the ultimate coward. He made the bed in which he lay and killed himself to escape that life he made for himself, in vain. Michael, on the other hand, had the courage to continue to stand for what he believed in and tried his best to live each day making the world a better place especially for children. He tried to find joy in life when his joy was stripped from him by people like Evan. His trust was stripped. His love of life was stripped. This should have never, ever happened. What has society come to?

I love you Michael.

As awful as it for someone to commit self-murder and to brought to that kind of despair where you feel there is no way out. But; in the case of Evan Chandler, I do feel as if the guilt ate him up. Unfortunately there is no note vindicating Michael,as he should have.

hello Aphrodite,

Gee, did this man have a conscience?
Apparently, his face became warped from all his plastic surgery. And he blames MJ fans for his reclusive behavior. Yea, right.
What an awful person to use your own son for extortion and violently abuse him. Let alone the extreme pain he set-off for Michael.
I guess he didn't much consider consequences to his actions except maybe the bullet.
hope you are well,

Although Michael had his troubles toward the end of his life he continued his charity work, continued to dance and make music, he was surrounded by people who loved him, his children, real friends and work colleagues who respected him (shout out to Kenny Ortega). On the flip side you have Chandler who ends up alone and is so tormented by his LIES and bad choices he chooses to shoot himself in the head. I think Mr. Chandler is the one who led a very sad and shameful life that ended in a tragic mess, not Michael. And for that, I pity him.

Not surprisingly, my biggest grieveance is how the media is ignoring this story like the dirty opportunists that they are. It still pisses me off that I just accepted the sensationalistic media narrative about MJ during that time without looking into it further. It took MJ's death for me to go back and read about this and the 2005 trial. It is so obvious to me in hindsight, sadly too late, that the Chandler parents, followed by the me-too Arvizos, were extortionists cynically manipulating their children. Chandler destroyed Michael Jackson, with the mainstream media eagerly acting as accomplices.

maybe i am way off, but this is what i think.. i believe Evan Chandler was bribed a large sum of money to accuse MJ of child molestation.

I believe that when MJ caved into the pressure and gave the Chandlers the multimillion settlement, the original people bribing chandler to accuse MJ would wait for the right time to take that money and their estate as well.

this is what i see happening now to the chandler estate. kill Evan chandler, make it look like a suicide, get legal parental control of Jordan and control the estate, which is the multi million settlement(MJ's money). look for the mother or son jordan to 'die' next.

this is the same thing that happened to anna nicole smith and her son with the evil Jewish attorney Howard K stern, who killed them both and got legal control of the estate to get for himself, the money she inherited from her late husband.

i believe next you will see Jordan chandler custody battle next, or look for jordans mother to battle against some new evil "howard K stern" type-attorney that wants to suddenly come in and take over the estate, under the guise of 'helping the family secure a safe future'...

it comes down to this; the Jews who got the Chandler's to accuse and ruin Mj are the same Jews who were trying to destroy him and force him to sell away the beatles rights. these Jews would be sony, AEG, mottola, rabbi schumley boteach, etc and mostly secular and immoral jews. sorry but its true. i dont even trust kenny ortega. but thats just me.

the Chandlers will soon have their millions 'legally' stolen from them and turn up dead. the Chandlers were just pawns being setup as temporary holders of michael's money, and targets of fans' anger.

conrad murray and the chandlers were setup by these same jews, to do the dirty work and take the public/fans rage and disgust, while the real evil mastermind culprits (jews)continued their plan in secret to recoup all of the millions. im telling you this is how they operate.

stop focusing on the the puppets and go after the puppetmaster. go deeper

I am not sad about his death. He gt what he deserved, cancer and apparently being miserable in his last days if it lead him to a suicide. I am not a bit sorry for that. He should live his life like a human. It was way of choice.

Anonymous said...

I don't feel anything other than (imo) he paid the price for his actions. That price was paid long before he shot himself because he was suffering from a deadly disease. Also, it's been reported that he was disfigured from plastic surgeries, and that he isolated himself from his family, allegedly because of the fear of being recognized. I don't condone threats and violence against anyone, but I wonder how much of it is being dramatized or exaggerated. The man did some nasty things in this life, and Michael Jackson paid dearly. Honestly, I don't feel sad that he's gone, although I feel for his family.
Thank you for this opportunity to express my feelings.

I hope that Jordan Chandler is relieved to have this man gone. My feeling is the Chandlers paid with their lives for the blood money they got....this mess created hatred and anger and pain for everybody and every one. So so so so so so sorry for MJ. No good has come of any of this despicable, painful situation. Life is so precious and so short.

Members of the media with their greed and biases are responsible for spirit assassination. They killed the spirit of Michael Jackson. You can't get any lower than that.

Steph said...

I don't know what to think.

As for the emotions upon hearing about his death, I certainly wasn't throwing a party.. I don't understanding rejoicing in someone's death.. but I'm not going to lie - I'm not grieving the man. I feel it was a very tragic end to what probably had become a very tragic life. I'm sad for those who loved him and I'm sad that his life had to end, but... I cannot change who he was or how I felt towards him. He was a victim of himself. So was Michael. And so, IMO, was Jordie.

As for the question of "did this have anything to do with Michael's death?"... who really knows. We can all speculate. I would say it certainly wouldn't surprise me if it did.. the timing is pretty strange if it didn't. I know he was sick, but the man had been sick for years... and if he only started feeling guilty when MJ died, it can take time for guilt to build up until that kind of level.

But, as I've said, I don't know. I only have my opinions... and those are them. :/ What a lame response, I know, I'm sorry Aphrodite. LOL

The first 10 second I felt indifference...then pity...

I can´t understand the people who feel joy about someones death.
Of course this man caused the horrible accusations but we are not the judges of his destiny.
I feel pity with him that he made his way through evilness, I bet he himself didn´t knew what he was getting into when he tried to extort MJ. He was full of hate and saw a quick buck in the making...

I only hope that there are legal ways so that his son can speak the truth soon, I mean he was a minor and badly influenced by his father...

I could feel no sorrow for this evil man. Whether he did this due to illness, or due to guilt, either way I believe he got what was coming to him. This man destroyed the life of Michael, and the life of his own son and those around him. I feel sorry for the kid, to be so afraid and under the control of his father. I hope and pray that now that Evan is gone, maybe Jordy could come clean about what happened. I know there may be a lot of fear of how the fans would react but to be honest I think most of us now realise that he was just a child (as Michael always said himself) and I think we could forgive if he were to clear Michaels name. I think it might help him to heal his own demons that must haunt him all the more now that MJ is gone. He turned on his hero under the control of a very evil scary man - now he has the chance to be free.

Anonymous said...

I'm not happy he's dead. I always held out hope he would come clean about Michael and help vindicate him in the public's mind. I thought I would be filled with hate towards the man but I just feel pity for him. The man I grieve is Michael Jackson. A man so spiritually beautiful, he never publicly said how this evil affected him. I feek Michael's reported use of painkillers was his way of coping with unimaginable emotional pain on his phsyche and gentle spirit. I cannot imagine being falsely accused of what is considered the most heinous of crimes in front of the whole world. Whatever Evan Chandler truly felt we will never know, but to me it says a lot about the man to take the easy way out. Life is harder than death. Farrah Fawcett and Patrick Swayze fought their illnesses to the bitter end and I'm sure they must have felt like ending it at times. So Chandler murders himself. The punishment fits the crime.

Anonymous said...

I did follow MJ's tribulations, trials, legal actions for many years. Though he had been declared innocent in 2005, he had to carry the shadow of the out of court settlement reached with the Chandler in the early 90's.

Mike loved children in a pure and innocent manner. So pure, that though he had to face horrible accusations involving children, he never lost faith in them. He knew that behind those abusive accusations, manipulative adults were running the show. Evan Chandler being one of them. Can he rest in peace?

Aphrodite, can't wait to read what you have to say on this.

I don't think the man deserves to much attention because of his death. He was in fact one of the many ''manipulative adults'' who actively contributed in troubling MJ's life and reputation. We can speculate on the reasons why he killed himself, but these would only be speculations. What I hope is that at least one of the active actors involved in MJ's accusations finally speak out. Wouldn't that be a great message of faith in the human race.

Something happened to make Evan Chandler feel like he couldn't continue the life he created for himself. Wasn't he and his son embroiled in some legal mess. The son put restraining order on him and the father was suing him for money in return. Maybe those court dates were coming up. In the settlement agreement it states that the only time the Chandlers could speak about the Michael Jackson case was in a court of law. I wonder if Jordan was mad enough at his father to drop the dime on him during their legal proceedings. Gosh I would like to know if they had an upcoming court date.

Aphrodite,
Don't you think it's strange Chandler kills himself Nov 5, 2009 and the public doesn't know anything about until Nov. 18. Call me paranoid but I don't trust the cops. If there was evidence to prove MJ's innocence it was likely destroyed. I wonder when Sneddon found out.

Jannike said...

That a man who lives on the "blood" money he gets from falsely accusing somebody commits sucide is no wonder - imagine how lonely you will get after doing something like that. That the relationship towards your son also is totally ruined, so far as your son accusing you of violence is also very easy to understand. The more interesting questions are the mass medias reaction, where the UK trash writes about MJ being guilty of Chandlers miserable life. Another question is the extremely important question of getting near Jordan Chandler and make him safe enough to speak the truth.

Anonymous said...

Hi Aphrodite:
There is a good article by a British journalist named Charles Thomson (found it on the MJ Fan Club web site) sorry I am no good at "links", but this man states how the media is now trying to portray Evan Chandler as a "Victim". Also rehashing the 1993allegations, erroneously. Apparently the writer told the paper's author his facts were wrong and still they left the article run with its errors and negative bias towards Michael. Aphrodite, is their no journalistic entegrity anymore? Hasn't Michael suffered enough? Now in death, they still harass him and I see how they are now going after his family and children. It's obscene! His children are going to have live their lives based on these vicious lies being thrown in their faces. Aphrodite please do what you can to let people know the truth about Michael. By the way what is the matter with Diane Dimond? Why did she lie about Michael and why does she continue to use innuendo and outright distortion of the facts. The woman clearly has some mental disorder.

Anonymous said...

There is nothing much to say about a father that treats his child the way Evan Chandler treated his own son. It is all said with it. As for Jordan Chandler I presume he will never speak up openly for whatever reason. I hope I am wrong, I do indeed. He has never done it as yet so why schould he do it now? I do not think he would give up his good way of leaving. His mother neither. I do not think he cares much of/for/about Michael.

Christina said...

In my opinion Evan Chandler had either had a mental illness from way back or was a narcissist, possibly a sociopath that developed late stage bi polar disorder. My point is that being a narcissist he would not have been able to experience empathy in the way that most of us do. This is why in the secret tape recording he says that he is not concerned how accusations against Michael will affect Jordan. He simply did not care about anything apart from his goal which was to extort money. Narcissists don't cope well with ageing or with illness therefore I doubt very much that his suicide was anything to do with guilt.

Christina said...

On the subject of whether Jordan will exonerate Michael - this probably depends on so many factors. If Jordan believes Michael to be innocent first of all, whether he is concerned about how he is going to survive financially and then there are all the other aspects that we know nothing of - and there will be many. I hope that a deal can be made with Michael's estate. Jordan was a child when Evan made the accusations. Jordan could claim that he has been as much a victim as Michael. That he has lived in fear, not been able to go to college etc etc. Yes we all know that if he told the truth he would have no shortage of job offers but if it comes down to 'I will tell the truth if I can keep the money' then let him keep it. The Michael Jackson estate doesn't need it and the TRUTH for Michael Jackson is more valuable that any amount of money. God willing in time justice will prevail.

To people who think about ending their own lives, suicide represents an answer to an otherwise insoluble problem or a way out of some unbearable dilemma. It is a choice that is somehow preferable to another set of dreaded circumstances, which the person fears more than death. In Evan Chandler's case the truth being revealed to the world. Something happened.

I think the media is overlooking something crucial in Evan Chandler's death: the time. Why now? Why 5 November 2009? Why not August, or September, or 10th December 2009? The decision to take one's life is not come to easily. It is usually the result of a protracted war within. We each have a built-in self survival chip; suicide is when you have nothing to live for, and nothing to lose. What were the specific circumstances that led to Evan Chandler putting a gun to his head on the 5?

I am curious of certain things. Did he make any telephone calls that day, and if so to whom? What was his routine like leading up to the 5? What did his neighbors think of him? Did he have any recent visitors? When was the last time he saw his family?

Cancer is a terrible illness, and I wish they could find a cure, but cancer alone did not make this man pull the trigger. A series of events led to him finally calling it quits on 5 November 2009.

Actually, his son didn't make the accusation. Evan Chandler himself did, and got his son to support the statements. See this article: http://floacist.wordpress.com/2009/11/20/chandler-suicide-highlights-media-bias-against-jackson-by-charles-thomson/

P.S. Thank you so much for Michael Jackson Conspiracy. I bought and read it only a couple of months before he died, and I want to say how much I appreciate you revealing the circumstances and people surrounding the case and the evidence brought to trial. The media's mistreatment of the trials and MJ himself was sick, melodramatic and unjustified, and is only shown up even further by their positive slant on him and his family now that he has passed away.

I couldn't bear to follow this criminal case when it was happening after what I know of the chandler case.

(I also wrote Mj incessant support letters & yes, he got them as it was personally delivered)It was too much to bear-- certainly seeing MJ's face.

Now about "Evan-- he may have succeeded to a great degree to have ruined Mj's life-- but he was not able to do in MJ's passing.. as the WORLD MOURNED MICHAEL'S PASSING.. that must have been unbearable for him to bear. I knew he'd kill himself..having said that.. not this soon. I thought maybe in a year or 2..tops.As I noticed he was desperately quiet when MJ died-- rather out of character for his sort. IF INDEED THE ALLEGATIONS WERE TRUE.

I have no doubt-- he dragged himself to see THIS IS IT.. even if he was in dire pain.. looking at his arch enemy-- he knew he was truly doomed.. HE CAN NO LONGER DEMEAN.. MJ'S LEGACY.. in death.. MICHAEL JACKSON PREVAIL..

HAIL TO THE KING..

His accussations became ireelevant & questioned more closely.. HE KNEW THE GAME WAS UP.. as with such people? THE ONLY RECOURSE WAS.. BLOWING HIS BRAINS OUT.( the voices in his head must have been unbearable)

and Diane Dimond is downplaying this?? she's such A CRETIN.. if it was for any other reason/s Evan would have found a gentler way to die..

More proof that the media is STILL slanting things in favor of the wrong person! The stuff that is printed here is mostly half truths at best. Most of it is just out right misinformation. The kind that has been going on since the original allegation of molestation, which WE ALL KNOW was never proven!! When you set out to destroy another man because of greed, and not truth, you end up destroying yourself!! Mr. Chandler stands accused and if found guilty, by the jurisprudence of his own .38! You will never be able to ruin another man's life ever again!!

Diane Dimond. I really wonder what her role has been in the MJ tragedy.

Was she paid incentives from the Chandler/Rothman camp to continue the child molester propoganda? Because it never let up. In my opinion, it was to make sure no one would pay attention to the facts. All distraction.

OR

Was she really an innocent reporter being used by the Chandler/Rothman camp? This theory I find hard to believe because at some point she must have become self aware that she was wrong 98% of the time.

I feel no pity for this man. It was him who started all this in the first place. His greediness got the better of him and he is burning in hell right now. I am not a vengeful person but he was an evil man. What father would take money over justice? What father would humiliate his son like that? What father would beat his son with dumb bell? An evil one that died very, very lonely..like he deserved.

Is there any connection to the recent release of the book, "Redemption"? I haven't read it yet because my copy that I've ordered is taking so long to arrive.

Could there be any connection re the timing of this suicide to the recent release of the book, "Redemption?" I don't know its content as I've been waiting for 2 weeks for its arrival but I'm under the impression that the author worked in the legal office of the first case & felt compelled to write it after MJ's death.

When I first heard of Evan Chandler's death I did not believe it. That evening I pondered it and told myself that if true, it was probably suicide. The following day I checked online to see the story was being widely reported as true, and it WAS suicide.
I felt numb and curious. The timing is everything. I actually think that Evan Chandler was obsessed with Michael Jackson. It almost seems like he wanted to BE him. He seemed angry at being left out of Michael's inner circle. He wanted to be wealthy and famous in the entertainment business. His claims would include strange things like script deals and he tried to mimic Michael with his proposed album EVANstory. Isn't this how wannabes act? Calling themselves Billie Jean or Janet Jackson - trying to be close or similar in whatever way they can?
He apparently hugged Michael before reading his hypothetical threatening accusations in their meeting at Rothman's office!?? It is all too strange.
There seems to be alot of evidence that he was somewhat unstable well before the 1993 civil proceedings. Schwartz accused him of murderous threats and a physical attack. He appears to have been a very angry, violent and oppressive man after the case too, highlighted by his attack on his son.
He was like an obsessive fan who became an anti-fan, but could not help but follow every move that Michael Jackson made. I just wonder how much time and effort he put into his second suit for $60 million and the rebuttal album? I can almost imagine him feverishly following Michael Jackson's career and looking for ways to gain more money and fame for himself. It was all so unhealthy.
I certainly feel that he used his son badly and has impacted his life forever with those accusations. Whatever the cause of his suicide - illness, estrangement from his family, failure, guilt - I can't help but think he may even have felt some grief. Yes, it is a strange thought but he so closely aligned his life path to that of Michael Jackson, I would not be surprised if he was devasted at his death. After all, he lost his goal, his muse, his target...

There are those who say that the sanctity of life should be preserved at all costs. I think I would have agreed with that, once. Now I don't. There are people so awful, people who cause so much damage, that they lose the privilege of living.

One person does not have the right to inflict such pain on another, and still live.

Sometimes, the person causes a huge amount of suffering to a massive amount of people (Hitler), sometimes they inflict a huge amount of suffering on one person(Chandler).

I honestly think that these people have lost their right to life.

Life is a privilege, not a right. When you cause that kind of inhumane damage to people, you loose that privilege, because it is not right that people should run around destroying lives.

So, I am not sorry he died. Because what he did was inhumane.

I mean, for anyone, being accused of molestation would be horrible. But, I bet that for Michael Jackson, it was beyond horrible - it was hell. Because it seems to me that he felt that everyone - his father, the media, etc. - had let him down, betrayed him, just wanted something from him. It seemed like the only thing he had a lot of faith in was children.

Didn't he once say that they were all that kept him going? That they were the only people who didn't want a piece of him? He seemed to have such love for them, and want nothing but to help them.

To love kids so much, and to have be the one thing that didn't let you down, to have such a special place in your heart for them, and want nothing but good things for them....and then to have this happen. It must have destroyed him.

It must have destroyed him, and what for? Greed, money, that whole sad parade of reasons. Evan Chandler didn't deserve to live. Nobody has the right to destroy someone's life like that.

Evan Chandler forfeit his right to life the instant he opened his mouth and started telling all those awful lies.

PS - I haven't read your book yet, but can't wait to read it. I've ordered it from Amazon, and can't wait to get it.

I don't believe for a minute that Evan Chandler suffered any guilt over the deeds of the past. I suspect he thought he'd be living the good life courtesy of Michael's money, but reality turned out to be much less appealing than his grandiose fantasies had been and that contributed to his decision to end his life. He had numerous plastic surgeries in order to hide his identity from the world. Why would he do that if he felt justified in his actions? He lived in constant fear for his safety, and was completely estranged from his family. Why would that be, if his actions were selfless and in the best interest of his child? Wouldn't he be celebrated wherever he went? Wouldn't a hero who exposed a pedophile hold his head high? Seems to me that would be the case. Instead, Evan Chandler was a barely recognizable remnant of his former self, reclusive, and relegated to a lonely existence within the confines of his luxury apartment. In short, he suffered infinitely more than he gained as a result of his actions. The spectacular view from his living room window was obscured every time he looked at the Man In His Mirror. And it served him right. I hope he didn't draw a single breath without regret, and I hope that regret burned in his lungs like nuclear fallout.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Jordan Chandler was the victim of child molestation, but the perpetrator wasn't Michael Jackson. It was Evan Chandler. To implant the false "memories" via Sodium Amytal in his son's mind and then force him to relive such heinous acts was nothing short of psychological and emotional molestation. Evan Chandler should have done time for that alone. Extortion would have simply been the bitter icing on his home-baked cake of destruction.

It has been reported that Evan ran through his portion of the blood money rather quickly and had to request a stipend from the son he emotionally raped. How fitting.

In all honesty, I feel for Jordan. Maybe it's the eternal optimist in me, or maybe I'm just delusional, but I have a gut feeling he knows the depth of the deception he participated in. I think he knows his money and inherent lifestyle are ill-gotten. And I hope that his conscience is stronger than his DNA, and that he will come forward and tell the truth.

As such I have created a website for people to encourage Jordan to do precisely that: come forward and tell the truth. I'm the first to admit that it's a longshot, but I'm willing to maintain that site as long as Jordan remains silent. I didn't know Michael personally, but one didn't need to in order to know the purity of his heart or the innocence of his soul.

I hope everyone who reads this will leave a message for Jordan, and I hope you will pass it along. There's nothing in it for me but vindication for Michael's legacy.

Thanks, Aphrodite, for setting the record straight. I'd give my eye-teeth to see a debate between you and Diane Dimond. Somehow I picture Diane being reluctant to participate in something that would clearly expose her biased yellow soul, but it would be such fun wouldn't it?!!

Deborah Ffrench said...

Most people know the truth now inside their hearts. Now that the relentless barrage of distorted media coverage has stopped, people have had a chance to think for themselves instead of being 'told' what to believe by people like Dimond, who were themselves reliant on nothing more than hearsay and the lies of compromised accusers. It will however time for the truth to be acknowledged in the mainstream media, since they were the ones responsible for the hysterical frenzy that obscured the anomalies in the accusers stories in the first place. What Michael Jackson was put through for over 15 years, is a savage indictment of the now standard 'take aim' and 'destroy' default position that the media employs in relation to the people it 'goes after.'

The reason why the lies took such a 'hold' with Michael Jackson was due mostly to the unspoken homophobia that exists within the status quo of the American legal and media industries and the undeniable 'difference' of Michael - that meant people were prepared to believe the worst about him. What was done must never be forgotten - and there are millions of us who are committed to making sure it won't be.

I hope the truth comes out one day I really do - despite the obvious and very real reluctance of the press to 'open' up and even begin to question the earlier judgemnts and assumption they rushed to make.

Like many, I wish that Jordan would fess up about this whole thing, but will likely not happen. Not only would he lose the money and/or face charges, but he could possibly face even more threats and not from MJ fans. Male survivors of sexual abuse would most definitely have an issue with this kid, now a grown @$$ed man, lying because every false accusation calls into question the authenticity of legitimate accusations. And if Jordan did indeed use money for luxury items and real estate and not do anything charitable to help sex abuse survivors, he will be hated on a scale that is beyond normal understanding.

Again, it would be great if he would, but he won't. Mind you, an enterprising journalist could make his current state of silence very difficult. For example, a journalist could read ABC News' take on Chandler's suicide, specifically that bit about Evan assaulting Jordan and ultimately, Jordan had to pay him, which to me is a great big WTF. Of course Diane Dimond mined the story, but failed (read: refused) to dig deeper.

Because, really, anyone who was assaulted with a free weight would willingly pay the assailant a monthly stipend.

My opinion is the following:

Evan Chandler and the media were only instruments of the mafia who remains in the darkness and who planned the whole conspiracy against Michael and who finally killed him.

As regards Evan Chandler’s death, I think he was killed by the mafia, since he represented a threat to them. At this moment, after Michael’s death, any information about Michael is worth a lot of money and perhaps the mafia suspected that Chandler could let out the truth in order to get money in exchange. So I think this is why they killed Chandler.

Evan Chandler is only the tip of the iceberg, as well as it is Conrad Murray, the doctor who was hired to kill Michael.

I think that Evan Chandler was also hired by this mafia to destroy Michael due to different reasons.

In the first place because they got huge amounts of money out of it which they used, and still use (given the profit they are now making by having killed Michael), to finance their international crime organization. They got this money through the trials they caused to Michael and through the huge business these trials meant for the media, for it is them who run the business of the media.

In the second place, because of political reasons. Michael was a pacifist and there are top political leaders, involved in this mafia, who are in favour of war, given that it also represents a huge business.

In the third place because of racial reasons. Michael had broken many barriers in favour of black people, given his genius as an artist, and this was not well seen by the whites, who are also involved in this mafia.

In short, Michael was a threat to them, and that is why they killed him, just before Michael could reappear on stage, rebalance his economic situation and again captivate the whole planet and its new generations.

This was not a crime only against Michael but also against the whole planet who was deprived of enjoying such genius and beloved human being as Michael was.

As Deborah has said on December 5 in this blog, what was done must never be forgotten, and there are millions of us who are committed to making sure it won't be.

At first when I heard this story, I felt the same satisfaction that other MJ supporters are expressing - to me this is as good as an admission of guilt on Evan's part. Cancer? The guilt/general lifestyle of this man probably caused the cancer. Look how ill MJ was when faced with false allegations and look how healthy Gavin Arvizo became when shown love, encouragement, family unity, etc - but I feel that hating this man is just putting more bad energy out there. I imagine MJ will open his arms to Evan when he sees him on the other side and forgive him wholeheartedly. Michael had a much deeper sense of this life and the big picture. He was a man full of love and patience and we should keep his ideas about love in our hearts - your mission should you choose to accept it is to carry on the positive work he started in his life - Michael's built himself an army of peace/tolerance/acceptance!!

Thanks Aphrodite for finally telling the other side of the story at your own risk/expense. I've read so many books that were absolutely false and put a negative spin on Michael's whole story - thank you for admitting your change of heart and doing the right thing and backing it up with actual FACTS.

Dr. Evan Chandler did not shoot himself with a gun to the face because he had cancer. He was a doctor he could have found a less violent way to die. He did not kill himself because he was guilty. SOMEONE dropped the dime on him or he realized finally that the truth will come out. And it is. People KNOW it was extortion. It is just a matter of time before the police/FBI confirm it for the world.

When I heard the Evan Chandler shot himself, I was shocked and also angry at the media for not even reporting it, I hope that someone has the guts in the media world to report the truth about what happened in 1993. Everyone say's Evan took the easy way out, but no he didn't, because he will spend eternity in hell.( That's what the Bible says about suicide) What he did to Michael's life was horrible, but by God Grace MJ marched on.

Love you Michael.

this man was sick. i heard he was in a wheelchair. during the trial of mike he himself was going through some drama. his money hungry wife was divorcing him. he was sick all through the trial and did not know until everything was over. he and his wife plus the child got money from mike but his wife ended up getting some of his share of money he got from mike in the divorce. so this woman made out like a bandit. with all the stress of the child molestation trial plus his divorce, took a toll on his health and his funds.. in the end it was his son who ended up taking care of his dad. so i will not judge this man. he may have been in pain mentally and physically. also i ain't giving ya dime if i know i did not do a thing to anyone..

by the way jordan chandler is damn near 30 years old.. so the theory of killing off dad and taking the money can never happen. mom was broken off a piece of mike's money as well.

I'm not so sure it was suicide. Were any forensic tests done to make sure the gun was fired by the decedent's own hand? Hmmm? The way the police were quoted as saying, "Straightforward. Suicide. Michael Jackson was murdered.

For a time he was a freemason media-music puppet. When he turned his back on those people, the hidden hand tried to destroy him. They almost achieved it. However, you do not turn your back on them or go it alone. After Jermaine turned to Islam, Michael became a Muslim too. It is said everyone is born a Muslim. Jermaine himself said that they both had high hopes to use their faith and their music.

We know what happened to Princess Diana when she became pregnant with a Muslim baby? We know what happened when she became engaged to the very Muslim Dodi Al Fayed dont we? Royal families have murdered for far less, let alone having the head of the Church of England (the protestant / baptist church) with Muslim siblings, a Muslim mother and a Muslim step father.

The second round of accusations were designed to break Jackson - spiritually, financially and most importantly of all, to tarnish his legacy.

However, the claims were unfounded and remarkably he was cleared with the love and devotion of his following. His health diminished and his estate was sold off. Game over? Not quite, Jackson became reborn, spiritually rejuvenated and a new man. Recouperated in the Middle East building mosques and increasing his knowledge of Islam made him this man.

Oh dear. We couldnt have the most famous man in the world becoming Muslim, regardless of the fact it is the worlds fastest growing religion.

50 dates at the O2 in London would have completed a miraculous recovery and Jackson's re-entry onto the world stage.

Poor Evan Chandlers knew enough of the facts and was silenced. He knew that his family were prompted, supported and protected to bring about the first round of allegations. Evan Chandler would have known the second round was a fabrication; a concoction designed to finish off Jackson. We know the neo-con masonic media whores such as FOX news were continuing with their blood lust over Jackson even while his body was not yet cold.

A virtual cripple? A presciption drug addict? A paedophile? None held any water. He was in perfect health and had passed the stringent medical tests to get insured ahead of the concert dates.

So what about Evan?

Evan was a loose end who knew too much. He was responsible for the smear campaign on Jackson. Did he ask for more money? Did he threaten to go public? Would he ever speak up, two and two would have been put together. The smoking gun would have been traceable.

Just ask the family of Jean Charles de Menezes what happens when you know too much.

You do not blow your brains out and find the gun conveniently placed in your hand on the floor at your side. Why was the Jackson mansion not sealed as a crime scene? Why was Evan Chandler's death not investigated?

Jackson was a threat to the world order.

He was a Muslim, a lover of peace, a revolutionary and utterly inspirational. He had the ability to change the hearts and minds of millions.

There were just too many who couldn't have that.

goodness! all these rubbish-- Evan Chandler was divorced from his second wife Nathalie around 1995-- so saying he was going through divorce in2005-- nothing but nonsense.Evan was living with Jordan since then..& Evan w as estranged from her & his 2 kids with her since then.

it'll be intweresting t o find out what happened tot hat marriage--as their divorcew happened as soon as they got that settlement.

as for Evan having 'cancer'-- hmm.. I will take that with a grain of salt.. as what kind of cancer? no one knows-- why all the secretcy & mystery-- hmm.. more likely that illness with capital letters with a huge A.. more likely..

as for MJ being a threat to worl peace.. please.. I a dore MJ but let's be rationale- at t he time of his death & before then.. MJ's image was shattered and hardly a threat to anyone.

AND NO..MY WAS NO MUSLIM.. he wouldn't be hunging out that rabbi,if he were.

I ABSOLUTELY AGREE with Truth Teller’s comment (Jan.5, 2010). I also believe Michael Jackson was murdered for all the reasons Truth Teller mentions. What I would add is that by murdering MJ, the killers did not only get rid of him for considering a threat to them, but also, at the same time, they made the convenient arrangements (for example through the 2002 fraud will) to profit financially from MJ’s death (because of the massive selling of his albums post mortem, the merchandising and all the profits related to MJ trademark)

However, what they did not take into account is that the whole world is conscious of all this conspiracy against Michael Jackson and WE WILL NOT REST UNTIL JUSTICE BE DONE.

Regarding Evan Chandler, I actually feel sorry for him. His inability to realize that money does not bring happiness is just sad. I hope one day, his son will be strong enough to come out and tell the truth. I hope one day this will put a stop to Michael Jackson's name being smeared by this allegations.

In another note:
This might be a little too late for this comment, but I just couldn't ignore this. It makes me very sad and upset that something like this will be written by a Michal Jackson Fan:
"it comes down to this; the Jews who got the Chandler's to accuse and ruin Mj are the same Jews who were trying to destroy him and force him to sell away the beatles rights. these Jews would be sony, AEG, mottola, rabbi schumley boteach, etc and mostly secular and immoral jews. sorry but its true. i dont even trust kenny ortega. but thats just me."

Michael's main message was tolerance and human caring and love. I'm just so insulted and disgusted.

I find Evan Chandler's death to be a little too convenient. Since Michael's death Evan must have been scared for his own life and believe that there would be people out there out for his blood. Was his death in fact certified? I would like to see the death certificate because I find it very interesting and perplexing that Chandler had died and it wasn't reported until several days later. I think his death should have been a bigger news story than it was and I find it very odd that the news and gossip channels didn't delve deeper into this man's life and death. It was barely a blip on the news radar when everything else related to MJ is considered a huge news event no matter how trivial. Hmmmm. As John Lennon would say-"Most peculiar, Momma!"
